Results of the indicators which reflect the fulfillment of the commitments collected in the Services and Commitments Charter of Hydrologic Cycle

In June 2024, a new Service Charter for the Water Cycle Area was approved. It includes both the services provided and the commitments made to customers, as well as a set of indicators for monitoring purposes.
